We are so glad that Luke, Andy, and Larry's dad are back from scoutcamp! They are so nice to let our kids use and ABUSE them. We had a great time tonight eating dinner and catching up. Spencer found a harmonica. Hopefully, it will get lost again soon...
Lindsey just LOVES to swing. Miranda and Derek and really nice and lift her up onto the swing and push her. She can hang on forever. She even knows how to slide off and stop herself.
Tonight they played soccer with the wheelbarrow being one of the goals.

Other randomness:

1. We have a new neice! Larry's sister, Tammy had their first child, Madison Rose today! That makes her our 9th neice. (We also have 9 nephews). They are doing well. Welcome to parenthood!

2. Derek's new obsessions: Star Wars Kids magazines found at a garage sale. They each feature a character and planet from the movies and have mazes, cross-words, etc. He also discovered a new game- hangman- and he loves it. I played it with him at church today. It wasn't too hard to figure out his word- STAR WARS. Do you remember when I talked about Derek earning $90 for his MTT transport Star Wars Legos thing? Well, he has shifted his focus to the Indianna Jones Legos Video game and the Y-wing Legos. He had me look up the prices on the internet for him. He talks about it all the time- which one should he buy first? He is constantly debating with himself about it. The problem is, Derek won't do any extra chores to earn the money. I tell him just start working and figure it out when he gets the money, but that seems secondary to him. At this rate they will have to be birthday or Christmas presents.

3. We ordered a gigantic load of barkdust for the yard last weekend. We are slowly working it in around the yard. Hopefully, we will be done before the Dickinson reunion! I'm so excited to go plant shopping this week to fill in some new spots in the yard.

4. We bought a new camera to replace our lost one. It is so nice! Hopefully it will last longer than the last one. Maybe that's why I've been so post happy tonight- I have some cute pictures once again!
