So, I've got 7 weeks till my due date, but I'm thinking I'll be induced about a week early, so that means we've got 6 weeks till baby comes! I'm measuring 36 cm- big again, but the baby hasn't dropped, so I'm still pretty comfortable. There is no question that I now outweigh Larry by at least 10 pounds- let's just hope it doesn't go up too much more in the next month.
I FINALLY narrowed down some of the name possibilites, and, thanks to Larry's family, here are some of the finalists:
Possible first names: Candace, Kara, Cassandra (Cassie), Denise, Holli, Kiera, Maya, Robyn, Leah, Melanie, Mindy, and Natalie.
Possible middle names: Eve, Kate, Renee, and Elaine
Now we are just hoping to get it down to 2-3 by the day we go to the hospital. Then you will find out her real name!

Random News
We are so glad that Luke, Andy, and Larry's dad are back from scoutcamp! They are so nice to let our kids use and ABUSE them. We had a great time tonight eating dinner and catching up.
Spencer found a harmonica. Hopefully, it will get lost again soon...
Lindsey just LOVES to swing. Miranda and Derek and really nice and lift her up onto the swing and push her. She can hang on forever. She even knows how to slide off and stop herself.
Tonight they played soccer with the wheelbarrow being one of the goals.

Other randomness:
1. We have a new neice! Larry's sister, Tammy had their first child, Madison Rose today! That makes her our 9th neice. (We also have 9 nephews). They are doing well. Welcome to parenthood!
2. Derek's new obsessions: Star Wars Kids magazines found at a garage sale. They each feature a character and planet from the movies and have mazes, cross-words, etc. He also discovered a new game- hangman- and he loves it. I played it with him at church today. It wasn't too hard to figure out his word- STAR WARS. Do you remember when I talked about Derek earning $90 for his MTT transport Star Wars Legos thing? Well, he has shifted his focus to the Indianna Jones Legos Video game and the Y-wing Legos. He had me look up the prices on the internet for him. He talks about it all the time- which one should he buy first? He is constantly debating with himself about it. The problem is, Derek won't do any extra chores to earn the money. I tell him just start working and figure it out when he gets the money, but that seems secondary to him. At this rate they will have to be birthday or Christmas presents.
3. We ordered a gigantic load of barkdust for the yard last weekend. We are slowly working it in around the yard. Hopefully, we will be done before the Dickinson reunion! I'm so excited to go plant shopping this week to fill in some new spots in the yard.
4. We bought a new camera to replace our lost one. It is so nice! Hopefully it will last longer than the last one. Maybe that's why I've been so post happy tonight- I have some cute pictures once again!
Babies and Bellies
Whoa, Baby! No wonder I've been asked about a million times in the last couple weeks when my baby is due! I feel kind of weird when I have to reply that it's still 2 months away. They haven't seen anything yet!
In other news, I've had to resort to doing water aerobics at the gym ever since I returned from our trip to Utah. I just can't ride a stationary bike anymore because my belly gets in the way! I still do some weightlifting beforehand, but I feel quite self-conscious around all the people with flat stomachs. We'll see if I can keep it up till the end.

Stake Fair
This Saturday was our Stake Fair. It was really fun. The kids just loved being with their friends and gorging themselves on snowcones, hotdogs, and chips. The kids tried cotton candy for the first time and I don't think anyone liked it. They had pioneer games, and a talent show as well.
All the kids just loved doing the water balloon toss with daddy. Spencer just wanted to get Larry's shoes wet and kept going back for more and more water balloons. Larry was nice and somehow managed to always be at the losing end of the balloon toss.
Miranda stood in line for about an hour to get this balloon cat made for her. Of course, she was devistated when she dropped it on the rocks as we were leaving and the whole upper part of the face deflated :(

Baby Update
I think that I grew several inches around while I was in Utah! I'm now about 31 weeks pregnant and look like I have a huge pot belly. I'm measuring at 33 cm (a little large- which is typical for me). The baby continues to kick and move around a little, but she is pretty sneaky. Only Larry has really felt her move. Everytime I think to have the kids put their hands on my belly, she stops. I think that Spencer is the most excited about the baby. He will kiss my belly and randomly say things about the "new baby". I'm pretty sure that Lindsey will have some jealousy issues because she really doesn't like when Spencer, or any other small child sits on my lap. She does really like babies, though, and is quite fascinated with them. I think that she sees them as just another animal to look at- like a small dog or a duck.
It is starting to seem more real that we will have another baby soon. I still have to make her blanket and blessing dress, but that is about all I have to do to get ready- other than set up the bassinet and take her clothes out of the box and into the dresser. I'm sure that I will get even more comments about having 5 KIDS as I go around town with them this summer. (I got several comments when I took the kids to the zoo yesterday- luckily, they were all positive.) I'm sure that Larry is getting a little scared at the thought that we will get even LESS done than we do now. It seems like there are so many distractions and things to do that we never get to the bigger projects. Oh well!

Summer is here!
I've got a lot of catching up to do! Unfortunately, our camera was lost in Utah, so there won't be any pictures to go along with it.
We had 2 weeks between the end of school and our trip to Utah. It wasn't my favorite two weeks, let me tell ya. Miranda, Derek, and Spencer all had swim lessons Mon-Fri at lunch time. Our whole schedule was pretty messed up with that. Miranda barely tolerated the lessons with complaints of upset stomachs, and crying. We had to threaten her with losing a daddy date to keep her in the pool. Derek LOVED lessons- especially because he was with Kyler, his good friend. Spencer did really well, and mostly enjoyed them. He is even comfortable puttin ghis face under the water now. I am relieved to have that over with! We also had a short-lived sickness that we all got- except Spencer and Larry. Luckily, it was over before we headed to Utah.
I left with the kids on the 28th. The ride went well except that our DVD player didn't work! It was a major crisis, so we stopped in Boise to buy a new one to survive the rest of the boring trip. We kept things pretty low-key for our first few days there. The kids loved playing with their cousins. Miranda and Spencer just LOVED the slip-and-slide that grandma bought. They loved eating lunch and snacks outside on the back porch and playing with the toys at grandma's house.
Larry joined us on July 2. We saw Wall E the next day. Lindsey and Derek loved it. (Now Lindsey can say, "Eve"). On the fourth of July, we went to the Hyrum parade and to my grandma's house to celebrate her 82nd birthday. We woke up the kids to watch the fireworks and did some cheapo fireworks in the driveway (which Lindsey ran away from). We had a cookout up the canyon- my kids were covered in ash and dirt within seconds of arriving, but they enjoyed cooking hot dogs and marshmellows over the fire.
Spencer loved being able to ride his bike in grandma's driveway and her cul-de-sac whenever he wanted to. Lindsey has her independent self, quickly warming up to my parents and going with the flow of the cousins. All the kids slept in one room, and it worked for the most part. No one got sick, and we all survived the trip home- so I call it a sucess!
I will update more later!
